TERM & CONDITIONS

• The company offers free pickup/drop off service in scheduled hotels if possible.
• On reservation it is possible to arrange pickup/drop off in other partners hotel.
• All the excursions are guaranteed in English.
• B-Travel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

The duration of the tour may change, according to traffic and weather conditions, and other reasons not depending on our company.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For cancellations of any excursions given at least 24 hours prior to departure (or 48 hours for land tours and private excursions), a total refund will be given, less cancellation costs. No refund of any kind will be made to clients who miss departure or abandon the excursion once started. B-Travel whilst acting as intermediary between the travelers transport carriers and the hotel cannot be held responsible for any accident, delay and irregularity or loss of baggage and personal belongings, or any damage suffered by passengers by a third part or by “force majeure”, food, landslides, strikes, earth tremors. B-Travel cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damage that may be caused by the explosive activity of the Volcano Vesuvius. The excursion program is insured according to the art. 20 of the Italian law (17.03.1995).
